Long Branch Speaker Series – “Iran and the Muslim World” with Tom Dowling

During his years in the Foreign Service, Tom Dowling specialized in Middle East issues, nuclear weapons control, terrorism, and Iran, where he served from 1976-1978, just before the revolution. Later, he was a professional staff member of the 9/11 Commission, focusing on the origins of al Qaeda. In this talk, Tom brings his decades of experience to bear on Iran and the struggle for supremacy within the Muslim World.

All talks begin at 6 pm and last approximately one hour, including time for questions and comments from the audience. Attendees will have a chance to socialize beforehand over drinks and light hors d’oeuvres, beginning at 5:30.

Ticket prices: $25.
