An Eclectic Gathering is a  three person exhibition featuring the works of Jill Brabant, Gayle Isabelle Ford and Jayne Murphy with works ranging from floral, still life, landscapes and portraiture. These three artists whose practices are distinct are united by a shared sensitivity to memory, observation, and the poetry of everyday forms. This exhibition invites viewers to slow down and view closely.

Jill Brabant’s work centers on flowers as vessels of memory and emotion. Her paintings hover between structure and softness, using light, atmosphere, and restraint to suggest what is remembered rather than fully described.

Jayne Murphy’s still lifes evoke a sense of time suspended. Drawing from classical traditions, her carefully arranged objects and florals carry an antique intimacy—imbued with history, quiet drama, and a reverence for craftsmanship.

Gayle Isabelle Ford’s paintings are rooted in close observation and realism, whether focused on portraits, still life, or landscape. Her precise approach reveals the beauty of form and surface while maintaining a strong connection to the natural world.
